Zero Tolerance Policy

The vast majority of our patients behave in an impeccable manner and are very courteous and pleasant. However, we reserve the right to remove a patient from the practice list if they are aggressive or abusive to any member of staff or to other patients.

We will not tolerate any shouting or swearing to our staff or other patients.
