Coronavirus

Covid vaccinations are being given at Covid Vaccination Centres, Walk-in Vaccination sites or some Pharmacies. They are not being administered at this Surgery.

Booster Jabs

If both Covid doses were given in the UK

You will eligible for a booster jab at least 3 months after your 2nd Covid dose. The NHS Recall Team will contact you to arrange your booster. You may also try the link below or contact a local Pharmacy (that are giving the booster) to arrange a booster jab with them.

BOOK YOUR BOOSTER ONLINE

If any Covid doses were given abroad

You will eligible for a booster jab at least 3 months after your 2nd Covid dose. You may not be able to use the online booking service unless both doses are added to the central NHS system. Please see the link below entitled "Informing the NHS that you had any Covid jabs abroad" on how to do this. You can, also, contact a local Pharmacy (that are giving the booster) and arrange a booster jab with them.

Informing the NHS that you had any Covid Jabs abroad

This service enables you to book an appointment to show evidence for any Covid vaccinations you have had outside of England. This is so the NHS can securely update your vaccination record.
